1. Controller

The controller of user account data is Schio spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Grzybowska 2 lok. 29, 00-131 Warszawa. Contact for data matters: kontakt@landtracker24.com.

2. What data and why

User email and name (sign-in, service communication — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), company details for invoices and reports (contract, tax obligations — (b), (c)), security and sign-in logs (legitimate interest: protecting the service — (f)). Data about plots, sellers and brokers is entered by the client; for it LT24 acts as a processor (see the data processing agreement).

3. Recipients

Infrastructure and service providers: Cloudflare (hosting, database, files), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), accounting/invoicing software. Data may be processed outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses.

4. Retention

Account data — until the account is deleted and for the limitation period of claims; accounting documents — 5 years after the end of the tax year; security logs — up to 12 months.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO). Write to the contact address.

6. Cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies: session (lt24_s) and language (lt24_lang). No third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
